An example of neck pain.
The Rhomboid muscle is the primary muscle ( red / black ) which carries the weight of the shoulder so when it weakens ( turns off ) it makes the Upper Trapezious muscle ( red ) and/or Levator scapulae ( yellow ) muscle carry the extra weight of the shoulder. Since the upper trapezious and Levator scapulae muscles connect to the neck vertebrae. This causes extra weight on the neck vertebrae possibly trapping nerves, pulling the neck to one side, reducing blood flow to the head, migraines etc.
